When you visit minorsaintz.com, we collect anonymous analytics data including page views, clicks, scroll depth, and device type. If you submit your email, we store it to notify you about future releases. If you apply through our recruit form, we store the information you provide (name, email, links, voice type, and any notes).
We use Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel to understand how fans interact with our site and to serve relevant ads on those platforms. These services may set cookies on your device. We use Google Tag Manager to manage all tracking.
Recruit form submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet that only Minorsaintz can access, via a service account. Email signups are stored separately for release notifications. We do not share these submissions with any third party other than the storage providers listed.
Analytics data helps us understand our audience and improve the experience. Email addresses are used solely to notify you about new Saint releases. Recruit submissions are used solely to evaluate vocalists for collaborations. We never sell your data to third parties.
We keep your data only as long as we need it. Analytics data is retained for 14 months and then automatically deleted. Emails and recruit submissions are kept until you request deletion. To request deletion of any data we hold about you, email saintz@minorsaintz.com — we will respond within 30 days.
